2. Reservation Inquiries & Advisory Booking Formalities
Submitting an inquiry via our contact modules does not constitute a legally binding hotel contract. A legally enforceable hospitality agreement is formed exclusively when:
- Our Vienna Concierge team delivers a validated formal proposal detailing specific retreat terms, dates, cancellation provisions, and applicable taxes.
- The client provides written confirmation and fulfills deposit requirements as mandated by the respective property operator under the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006 / Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie).
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Architectural Media
All textual content, magazine layouts, custom typography combinations, spatial WebGL shaders, visual compositions, 3D terrain models, and editorial photography published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Mingleboxbackstag Alpine Hospitality GmbH or utilized under authorized licenses.

4. Alpine Safety, High-Altitude Advisory & Guest Responsibility

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under Austrian law (including the Austrian Consumer Protection Act - KSchG), Mingleboxbackstag Alpine Hospitality GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, weather-related chalet inaccessibility, or third-party service provider defaults.
6. Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be construed and governed solely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The competent court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from platform use shall be the Handelsgericht Wien (Commercial Court of Vienna).
